This short sleeve blouse is an easy-wear
pullover with a scoop neck and is made from crushed “cut-out” rayon
velvet with a 3D flower and leaf design. After the blouse is
sewn, it is hand-dyed with colors that enhance the designs and also
give the blouse radiant and lively colors. Each blouse is
wonderfully unique.
